Experience the south coast’s most uplifting view while taking part in a unique yoga class in the clouds. Inspired by events across London and New York City join Emily for a beautiful and unique Sunset Yoga class 100 metres above Portsmouth Harbour at The Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth PO1 3TT. Hosting the original Yoga in The Sky Event in 2022, Emily's sell out Sky High Yoga experiences combine a fusion of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork with incredible playlists, refreshments plus extra little gifts, treats and extras surprises for each guest. 

Spinnaker Tower stands at 170 metres tall, offering breath-taking 23 mile views over Portsmouth Harbour, the city, the Solent, the South Downs and the Isle of Wight. Breath in the view and flow in the clouds in this beginner friendly Vinyasa Flow Class.

Move your body, spread some love and soak up the chill ibiza playlist while flowing in the sky. The class is suitable for all levels, whether you have practiced yoga before or if this is your first time, you will love this incredible, refreshing evening sunset class, followed by an uplifting closing meditation. Post class refreshments will be provided, giving everyone the chance to soak up the views and beautiful chilled out atmosphere while also providing the opportunity to get those beautiful instagram shots.

Doors open at 7.30pm (make sure you arrive on time to get the best spot) with the 60-Minute class starting proptly 7.45pm.

Will you be brave enough to unroll your mat onto the glass sky-walk, 100 meters above sea level? As this is a bespoke and unique event with limited space, tickets are first come first serve with limited availablity.

• Doors open at 7.30pm, please arrive on time for class to start at 7.45pm
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Please make Emily aware of any injuries in advance and ensure this is clearly noted on your class waiver.

Please note, there will be photographer in attendance at the beginning/end of the event. As a class participant, you agree that the organizers shall have the right to record, broadcast and otherwise use any and all media throughout the class. Please make yourself known at the begining of the event if you wish not to be included in any promotional photography.
