The confidence to love yourself: Digital Journal Review

This month, the lovely Lisa Denniss Coaching has gifted me a her newest E-Book and Meditation package to try out and share with my lovely members. The Confidence to Love Yourself E-Book & Meditations is all about empowering yourself to see the good inside you and to accept yourself for who you are.

The E-Book will help free you from all that’s holding you back and stopping you from being the best version of yourself! Lisa explains this journey will help you gain the confidence to live a fuller life. When you believe in yourself, you will achieve so much more.

In the past I have incorporated journaling into my slower yin yoga practices and mediations, just to help get those emotions, thoughts and feelings I experienced in class to paper and out of my busy mind. I find journaling gives me clarity, and there’s something so powerful about writing your affirmations down. I feel once it’s written down in my pretty notebook it’s real, it’s happening, and it’s out there in the universe. Whether it’s a business plan, life plan or holiday affirmation once it’s in the special journaling notebook I know it’s already in progress and the cogs and wheels of motion have begun.

Lisa is a Mindset Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, specialising in helping women find their inner confidence and true self. Her newest E-Book package contains a great selection of journaling, meditation and confidence boosting prompts to work through.

What’s included: -

  • Confidence activities to start boosting your confidence straight away.

  • Beliefs activity to rewire those negative beliefs that hold you back.

  • Journaling prompts to connect with yourself on a deeper level.

  • Reconnection tasks to dive deeper into your confidence within.

In addition, I also received three powerful, deeply relaxing meditations:

  • Confidence meditation to connect with your inner strength.

  • Self-love meditation to accept and nurture yourself.

  • Visualisation meditation to open your mind and tap into your higher self.

As a yoga and meditation teacher, its easy to forget about your own practice and as we all know you can’t pour from an empty cup. I also find sometimes I am teaching 15-20 hours of yoga a week which can be a little demanding and heavy going for my poor body, so I look for alternative mindfulness practices which aren’t as heavy going to help those aches. So I’ve been making time for myself, scheduling a morning a week to recharge and reset, making my way through Lisa’s E-Book and exploring ways in which I can grow my confidence and transform my mindset.

The prompts in the ebook really helped me to focus and do some deep inner work while journaling, as admittedly I can sometimes get a little distracted or uninspired when journaling in my own time without prompts. I especially loved meditating with Lisa, to help me gain clarity, focus and arrive on my mat before working through my journaling prompts for the day.
