New Class Alert: Morning Mindfulness

Join me at South Parade Pier every Tuesday Morning, to release those happy hormones and learn to control your nervous system.


Starting 9th August at South Parade Pier, join me for morning yoga, breathwork and meditation with optional sea-swims and cold water therapy.




Awaken and Align your body with this rejuvenating morning mindfulness session. Join me every Tuesday Morning at South Parade Pier for your weekly dose of mindfulness.


The weekly class incorporates a range of different techniques to help you stay present, focused and release those happy hormones, teaching you how to control your nervous system, thought patterns and mindset.


In each class we will explore: -

  • Gentle Yoga Stretching Movements to wake your body up

  • Breathwork and Pranayama Techniques to control your nervous system

  • Energizing Morning Meditation

  • Sea Swims & Cold Water Therapy to give you that burst of energy and rush of happy hormones

Exploring both the Wim Hof Technique as well as various other traditional yogic breathing exercises, you will discover the power of the breath and cold water, guiding you every step of the way on a natural path to strength, health and happiness.


The class is suitable for everyone, and each practice and exercise can be adapted to suit you, allowing your mind and body to adjust, letting you find your own limits through a more self-guided approach.



As always at the end of each class, I encourage you to go away and practice small areas to help you develop a consistent practice that you can sustain on your own.


The class starts at 7am every Tuesday and lasts for just 45-minutes so you can be home, ready to work, ready for the school run or ready to go back to bed by 8am!
