First of all, you don’t need any special studio classes, & you don’t need to spend money on lots of expensive equipment, you can easily do it at home. Remember, all you need is:
Quiet Space with no distractions such as your Living Room, Bedroom or Garden!
Wear comfortable clothes - Fluffy Socks & PJ's are welcome!
Leave your phone
Don’t force yourself. Be patient with your body and mind these things take time.
Phone/Tablet/Computer or SmartTV to Stream
Release expectations. Forget what you've seen on insta or youtube and do what feels right for you. Remember everyone's bodies are different and what one person looks like in a pose is always different to the next.
