Hip openers are one my all time favorite asanas, as we store a lot of emotions in our hips (if you’ve ever started crying during Pigeon Pose, you know what that means), and we almost instantly feel relieved after a deep hip stretch —they bring balance and induce serenity both physically and mentally promoting mental health and overall wellness.


This class is a super chilled and simple Yin Yoga sequence, use whatever props you need to make this class suitable for you, practice in your living room, garden or even in bed! Light some candles and get vibey! This class is accompanied by a super chilled, relaxing playlist so no need for music or choosing a playlist, just show up as you are and get ready to relax!
