Flow, Move and Meditate at the gorgous studios at Court X, Portsmouth with an energzing vinyasa class taught by Emily. After class, we refueled and enjoyed a delicious lunch from Cafe Fresco while enjoying the summer sunshine and soak up the good vibes on the Terrace, overlooking Southsea and Canoe Lake.
I always love how inclusive and fun these community events are bringing together a variety of different students from all my various classes across Portsmouth and Southsea, always promising to be a great vibe and relaxed atmosphere.
