1-1 Private in-person classes are available for anyone who wants a more in-depth personalised class. The cost for Private Studio Sessions is £40 for 50-Minutes. In private classes we focus on exactly what you would like to work on & achieve your own personal goals. Whether your goal is to reduce anxiety, to learn how to control your emotions or to simply improve your flexibility we can create a personalised coaching plan just for you. All private clients will receive a personalised body assessment & analysis studying your posture and bone structure to ensure the class is tailored to your body. If you wish to practice privately with a friend, colleague or family member you absolutely can this time and space is yours. In-Studio classes take place at Livewell & the Osbourne Road Studio both in Southsea, Portsmouth - however home visits to your own address, workplace or retreat are available on request. Private classes can take place at a time convenient to you, including early mornings, late evenings or even weekends.
