Join me for a unique yoga experience with our monthly Mindful Moment's at Actually Merlin's Vintage. I love supporting local, and it's been incredible to collaborate regularly with Merlin's Vintage, a treasure trove of dreamy vintage garbs nestled in the heart of our Southsea community in Albert Road. This monthly session, creates an inspiring space to take time for a mindful moment in the chaos of your week. Each class is thoughtfully designed to include a harmonious blend of vinyasa yoga movement, breathwork, and meditation. Together, we will flow through creative sequences, connect with our breath, and find stillness in meditation. Come and take time for yourself in this magical setting, where community, mindfulness, and vintage beauty converge. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our Mindful Moment at Actually Merlin's Vintage Store promises an inspiring mid-week experience. Please bring a Yoga Mat & your preferred props with you, along with water to rehydrate.
