Yoga by the Sea: In vinyasa yoga we follow a fluid sequence of movement, often moving intuitively with what feels good in your body while using our breath to transition in and out of the postures, bringing stillness and tranquillity to the mind. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, my beach yoga class will leave you feeling energized, centred, and in harmony with the natural beauty around you. Sunrise Serenity: Begin your day with a sun salutation, embracing the warmth of the rising sun as it paints the sky in hues of orange and pink. Post-Yoga Sea Swims, Coffee & Sauna : As the yoga session concludes, immerse yourself in the ultimate relaxation experience with the exclusive beachside sauna at Southsea Beach Cafe. Enjoy the ultimate wellness experience, enjoy sea dips, scrummy brunches or even pay a visit to the brand new beach sauna. The sauna offers sunrise views of the ocean, providing a serene setting to unwind and detoxify. Allow the heat to soothe your muscles, cleansing your body and mind in a unique, coastal retreat ambiance. Important things to remember: - 1. Bring your own mat - there will NOT be any spares available on the day. 2. *Optional* bring your own blanket and props (blocks and straps) 3. Pre booking is essential in case of last minute cancellation & updates due to the unpredictable British weather. 4. Bring swimwear and towels if you plan to pop in the solent for a refreshing post yoga dip.
